The usability of this app is terrible. The UI doesnt scale. Navigation is beyond unintuitive. I have up trying to figure out how to navigate back to the main menu after launching into one of the books. There are multiple, and seemingly redundant apps for each of the books. Something that should be dead simple has been over thought and over complicated.

Was ready to purchase. Towels, rugs, bedding bath fixtures for new home. Not user friendly at all. Fussy and pretentious. Ugh. If I could give no stars I would.

This is a nice way to check out some beautiful layouts while winding down. Great products

I assume the review should be for app,, it is just terrible... the UI is awful! I wanted to see their dining tables but the app is not working! Immediately deleted and used my browser again

The furniture at this place is beautiful but dont plan on looking for it online or on your phone all youre doing is looking through one of their catalogs not a good experience hard to navigate and very hard to find items youre looking for

This is may be the shoddiest app Ive ever downloaded. Its extremely awkward to use, bordering on unusable. On an iPhone 7+ in landscape its *barely* usable. If you accidentally click instead of swipe youre taken directly to their website, which normally would be okayish but its not mobile… so youre presented with a page with tiny text and a layout not remotely mobile friendly. The main reason I took the time to write this is because RH commands (in most cases) insanely high prices (albeit for relatively high quality goods) and to put out an abortion of an app like this is completely astounding. Ive never been a huge fan of RH, and this app has done nothing to improve my opinion of them. The real travesty is that their catalogue layout and photography is gorgeous. Im sure if they decided to prioritize development on this app it would also be gorgeous as well. RH would be much better served to completely pull this app than to offer this abomination.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but after sourcebooks are downloaded, the app stays frozen on the white intro screen the next time you try to run it.

I like not having to carry the massive catalogues around with me but when it entails painfully slow download speeds, I might as well check out the online version instead. Waiting for at least an hour to download the main fall catalogue and its still only at 32% and not moving since device went to sleep.

I love that I can take it anywhere I am, what a great reference tool!

Great app. I use it on my IPad and have no I technical issues as others. I love the fact that I can click on an item and be taken to the web site to order the item and /or get more info on size and selection. Better than a catalog, easy to navigate and inspiring.

I honestly dont much care for it. I think the app is a huge miss. Its basically a collection of PDF document catalogs. Small spaces, outdoor, etc. I thought i would be able to browse the full site kind of thing. Like my home depot or lowes apps do. Ill prob delete the app or just never use it.

I have downloaded the app 3 times with the same result. A single screen with the Restoration Hardware logo. Nothing else. Hope it gets fixed. Until then disappointed.

Love the app, but after it is downloaded, that is the only time I can use it. If I close the app and restart, I just get the logo. It definitely has bugs. If it gets fixed, I will re rate it.

You can only use it after the initial download, then just the logo appears and you have to delete the app and re-download it. Definitely bugged.

Love this app before, but recently it locks up at the title page as everyone here recently has said. Love to know when this will be fixed!

Dont bother downloading. Launching the app does nothing. The screen sits there with no network activity, nothing!

I have been trying to find roman shades for an hour. I have the catalogs, now I want to order online not search slow, clunky PDF files of the catalogs. Cant even find the products. Very surprising for this great company.

clunky, slow, pretty weak effort guys. but, you have great products so stick with that core competency. :)

Expected an app that would allow me to shop online with a format designed for mobile devices. This app is almost useless! If I wanted to simply peruse a catalog Id rather have the actual catalog as it is easier to read and sells the products much better. I love RH but this app needs work.
